I offer free mentorship for local indie developers and early-stage studios, with a focus on practical experience, thoughtful conversation, and helping people find clarity in what they’re building.My background spans programming, design, leadership, funding, and entrepreneurship through 24 years in the games industry, including co-founding Only By Midnight and Serious Labs. I especially enjoy working with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ creators, though anyone thoughtfully pursuing game development is welcome.
